Licence for use and distribution

Copyright.

All copyrights to Learnbyit products are exclusively owned by the company Learnbyit ltd. This Software is owned by Learnbyit and is protected under the laws of England and Wales and international copyright laws. You must treat the Software as you would any other copyrighted material.

This is a legal agreement between you, the purchasing institution and Learnbyit Ltd relating to the software ('the Product'). In using the Product you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, return the Product and all accompanying materials and the purchase price will be refunded to you. Provided that the Product is returned within fourteen days from the invoice date.

The Product and all data, software, documentation and other materials contained in it together with the accompanying materials and all intellectual property therein are the property of Learnbyit Ltd or its suppliers and are protected by law.

A site usage licence

The user purchases a single usage licence, authorising the USE of the product on an unlimited number of computers at the same physical SITE location. This SITE location would normally be defined as a single building, but could be considered to be a number of buildings within the same, general, geographical location, such as a school, college or university.

You may not:
a. Distribute copies of the Product or accompanying materials to any third party.
b. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Product or accompanying materials other than as specified in the accompanying documentation.
c. Copy, download, save, store in a retrieval system, publish, transmit, to otherwise reproduce, transfer, save store, disseminate or use, in any form or by any means, any part of the data contained within the Product, unless specifically stated in the accompanying materials.
d. Transfer, re-sell, or grant any other rights of any kind to any individual copy of the Product, including the accompanying materials, to any third party.
e. Remove any proprietary notices, labels or makes on the Product or accompanying materials.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licenced program, or any subset of the licenced program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Learnbyit ltd.

Installing and using Learnbyit products signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove Learnbyit files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
