Print a copy of this order form and complete it. If you do not have the facility to print the form, complete an official school order form instead, ensuring that all of the details are included. You can also place an order by e-mail or telephone. You will be sent an invoice along with your order.

NB: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery if ordering Learnbyit products by post. However, if you order by e-mail, ensuring that you include all of the information below, you should receive your licenced CD in about a week. Please send e-mail orders to sales@learnbyit.com with the required title in the subject line. You should receive confirmation of e-mail orders within 48 hours.
